3. What areas do you serve? We perform heating and air conditioning repair, maintenance, design, installation and plumbing for government customers throughout most of Northern Virginia, metropolitan Maryland and DC. We are licensed to work in DC, Virginia, and Maryland.
4. What are your hours of operation? Our office is open weekdays from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.
5. Do you schedule installation or maintenance work on weekends? Generally, we offer emergency service after hours and on weekends and holidays; however, some projects require work with an unoccupied space, so weekend and after hours work can be arranged. If you have an emergency after hours, call 703-644-6400 and ask the service to page the “on-call” technician.
6. Which holidays are you closed? We are closed the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July holiday, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. If Christmas or New Year's falls on a weekend, the federal holiday will be observed.
7. Do you have emergency service after hours? After normal business hours, on weekends and holidays, our phones are answered by an answering service. We have technicians and plumbers “on call” after hours. Should an emergency arise after normal business hours, you can call the regular phone number (703-644-6400) and ask the answering service to page the on-call technician or plumber for emergency service. 8. What’s included in the Preventative Maintenance contract? Regular maintenance and service on mechanical equipment prolongs its life and helps keep it running at peak efficiency. While inspections do not guarantee that your system will operate trouble-free, potential problems can be spotted before they result in a breakdown. Our ESA consists of two thorough seasonal inspections of the heating and air conditioning system using the “Certificate of Inspection,"checking the electrical components of the system and performing carbon monoxide testing (on gas or oil furnaces). Our ESA customers receive priority dispatching for 24-hour emergency service and a 15% discount on any repairs that might be needed throughout the year.
